Everything an agency needs to run client work sits on the Projects page and in each project's Settings. Plans, limits and prices for agencies are in Plans, checks and limits.
Portfolio
When you have two or more projects with results, a Portfolio card above the project cards shows AI visibility across your projects.
| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Average visibility | The average across your projects, with its change and the number of projects counted |
| Chart | The average over time, and the top projects as lines |
| Table | One row per project: Visibility, Prompts and Trend. Choose Show all to see every row |
Checks for each project
All your projects draw on one monthly allowance. The Checks by project card under the portfolio shows each project's share of this month's checks, as Used / allocated checks, with a bar. Allocated at the top shows how much of the allowance you have shared out.
Admins type a number in a project's box to set its share. A project with no share, shown as Not set, draws from what the workspace has left. A share only limits that project: the workspace's allowance is never exceeded. If shares add up to more than the allowance, Over the plan shows.
Pause a project
Under a client project's card, choose Pause project. This stops all data collection for that project, and the gap it leaves in your tracking data cannot be recovered. Choose Pause project again to confirm, or Keep tracking to cancel.
A paused project shows a Paused badge and keeps all its results. Its share of checks is released for your other projects. To start again, choose Resume project and set its share again.
Pitch projects
A pitch project is for a prospect. On New project, tick Is this a pitch project? It checks daily for 7 days, then stops and keeps its data. Pitch projects appear on the Pitch projects tab of the Projects page, next to Client projects, with the days left.
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Extend by 7 days | Adds more time, once |
| Reactivate | Restarts a pitch that ended or was declined, once, when a pitch place is free |
| Convert to client project | Keeps everything and makes it a client project |
| Decline | Ends the pitch and frees its place |
Client sign-up invitations
When you invite a client login, a client who is new to the app also receives a sign-up invitation by email, so they can create their account and reach the project. Steps for inviting are in Client logins.
White-label
In a project's Settings, the White-label tab puts your branding on the report, the printed report and share links.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Logo | Upload logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 200 KB), or Replace logo and Remove |
| Brand colour | One colour for the report. It must be dark enough to read on white |
| Hide KlientBrain branding | Takes our name and mark off the share page and the printed cover |
Choose Save to apply them. See Share a report for share links.
What to do next
Set up each client as a project, give them a client login, and share a report that carries your own logo.
