One line sums it up, for example: AI most often mentions Fernhill for Price; it is rated best on Quality. Three tiles follow:
| Tile | What it means |
|---|---|
| Most associated | The topic with the most mentions of you. |
| Best vs competitors | The topic where your % positive ranks highest against the competitors. |
| Biggest gap | Your rank on the first, then on the second, for example #3 to #1. |
Hover a tile for the counts. When both are the same topic, the line says so.
How it is worked out
From the Sentiment by topic figures. A brand's rank on a topic is 1 plus the number of brands with a higher % positive there. A topic where no competitor has mentions is not ranked.
Where to find it
Perception, under the Sentiment by topic grid.
What to do next
If AI links you most with a topic where you rank low, that is the message to fix first. If you compete best on a topic AI rarely links to you, make that topic easier to find on your site. See Brand shape.
