The Report page is a presentable, one-page summary for people who do not use the app. It has a plain-English summary written from the numbers, the headline figures, a trend chart, how you compare with competitors, what changed, where the answers come from, the fixes still open, and a short note on how the figures were measured.
Print or save as PDF
Choose Print or save as PDF on the Report page. The report is laid out for paper, and the interface around it is hidden.
Share link
Choose Share link, pick how long it lasts (7, 30 or 90 days) and copy the link. Anyone with the link can read the report without signing in. They cannot change anything, and cannot see your other projects.
- A link stops working on the date shown beside it.
- Choose Revoke next to a link to stop it at once.
- A shared report lists only fixes still marked New, and never shows the money estimate or what checks cost.
If you want a client to see the live app instead of a report, give them a client login.
Export CSV
Export CSV on the Overview downloads the answers behind the run or dates you have selected, for a spreadsheet. The Pages to get onto and Engine searches lists on the Sources page have their own Export CSV buttons.
What the filters change
The report follows the engine, market and period you select at the top, and says so. Branded prompts are left out unless you choose All prompts.
