The engine filter lists the engines your plan does not include, greyed and with a small lock. They cannot be ticked.
Today this covers ChatGPT (API), which is on the Enterprise plan, and Grok, which is on Enterprise and Agency Scale. An engine your project already holds is a normal row. An engine that is not released yet is not listed.
