Page folders, tags and outdated pages

Group Pages by folder, tag your pages and filter by tag, and find pages that have not been updated in six months.

Three tools sit above the table on Pages: folders, tags and the outdated filter. Use them to see which parts of your site AI cites, and which pages need a refresh.

Group by folder

Set Group by to Folder to add up the pages in each folder, such as /blog or /products. A folder is the first part of the page address. Each folder row shows the number of pages and the same figures as a page: Citations, Prompts, Bot visits, Sessions and Last crawled. Choose a folder to list its pages. Do not group goes back to one row per page.

Tags

Choose Add tag under a page, type a tag and press Enter. Tags already used in the project are offered as you type, so the same tag is reused. Choose Edit to add more or remove one. Each change is saved at once.

LimitValue
Tag length40 characters
Tags on one page10
Different tags in a project100
Pages with tags500

Choose a tag on any page, or pick it in the Tag filter, to show only the pages with that tag. When the list holds both your own and other sites' pages, a Category column and filter show Owned or Third-party.

Outdated pages

The Last Updated column shows when each page says it was last updated, such as "3w ago". The date comes from your latest site check: the page's structured data, its meta tags or its Last-Modified header. Hover for the full date and where it came from. A page with no date shows No date found.

Choose Outdated Pages to show only pages not updated in the last 6 months. The number beside it is how many there are. A page with no date never counts as outdated, as we cannot tell.

What to do next

A folder with many pages but few citations is a good place to start. An outdated page that AI still cites is worth refreshing first.
