Pull a project's figures into Google Sheets or Excel and build your own charts and reports. Each link holds one view of one project, as a CSV file, and the spreadsheet reads it again on its own.
Get the links
- Open the project's Settings, then API keys. Only a workspace Admin can see this tab.
- Under CSV links, choose Generate CSV links.
- Each view has its own link: Overview, Competitors, Prompts and Sources.
Google Sheets
- Choose Copy formula beside the view you want.
- Paste it into cell A1 of an empty sheet. It looks like
=IMPORTDATA("https://..."). - The data fills the sheet. Google Sheets updates it automatically at up to 1 hour intervals.
To force a refresh, delete the formula and then undo.
Excel
- Choose Copy link beside the view you want.
- In Excel, open Data, then From Web, and paste the link.
- Choose Load. Use Refresh All on the Data tab to update it.
What each view holds
| View | One row per |
|---|---|
| Overview | All engines together, then each engine: visibility, share of voice, citation rate, position and sentiment |
| Competitors | Each tracked brand, yours included |
| Prompts | Each prompt, with its result on each engine |
| Sources | Each website the answers cite |
The figures are the same as on your dashboard for the latest run. Rates are percentages from 0 to 100. To narrow a link, add ?engines=chatgpt, gemini or ?from=2026-10-01&to=2026-10-31 to the end of it.
Keep the links private
Anyone who has a link can get a plain text CSV copy of that view, so share the sheet with care. The links use a key called Google Sheets links. Revoke that key on the same tab and every link stops working at once. Choose Generate CSV links again for new ones.
Each refresh counts as one request towards your workspace's hourly API limit.
