Changelog

What changed in the app on 24 and 25 October 2026, newest first, one line each.

The changes that reached the app, newest first.

25 October 2026

  • Improvement: sign in at app.klientbrain.ai/sign-in. Sign-in links in emails and help now point there.
  • Improvement: every screen uses the light theme, whatever your device is set to. The Theme entry in your account menu is hidden while the app has one theme.
  • Improvement: if a scheduled client report email fails for someone, it is sent again to that person only, after a later check, up to 3 tries in all. Not delivered shows beside the address only after the last try. With weekly checks and a weekly report, the next report usually comes first.
  • Fix: a suspended workspace sends nothing after a check, even one already running: no emails, Slack or Teams posts, or webhooks. Its audit form still takes leads and emails them.
  • Fix: adding a webhook or Slack or Teams address you already have is now refused.
  • Fix: a project edit sent with the wrong kind of value is refused with a sentence saying what to change, and the project stays as it was.
  • Improvement: when something cannot be saved, the message says why. A name that is too long gives the limit: up to 120 characters for a name and 500 for a prompt.
  • Fix: a very long competitor name no longer stops a project's next run.
  • Improvement: more numbers, prices and dates follow your browser's language settings, and more times of day show their time zone.
  • Improvement: more help articles (Settings, Actions, Content, Sources, Accuracy and Perception), with screenshots of the screens they describe.

24 October 2026

  • New: persona checks. Prompts given a persona are also asked as that persona when they run, and the By persona card on Prompts shows the result beside everyone's. These checks count toward your plan's checks.
  • New: send AI crawler visits from Vercel, Akamai, Fastly, Netlify, Amazon CloudFront or Adobe Experience Manager. See Send AI crawler visits from Adobe Experience Manager.
  • New: Free plan, and a pricing calculator.
  • New: Write with AI (content drafts), Rewrite a page (tracked changes), a document editor with suggestions and comments, and a landing page from a gap question.
  • New: brand voice and default instructions, a content review score, a review step before anything is sent, and edits that keep the original beside them.
  • New: Do it mode for fix agents, an agent activity list, open fix counts, and task priority, subtasks and suggested tasks.
  • New: in Ask AI: help article search; keyword, search result and competitor research; and acting without approval cards when you choose.
  • New: Brand quadrant, Competitor page changes, Cited alongside, rank among all cited brands, win rate and rival-won prompts, and web search rate.
  • New: own source impact, pages read but rarely cited, sentiment evidence, industry benchmark, site authority, and keyword ideas and backlinks.
  • New: platform comparison by engine, with change, representation, strongest and weakest.
  • New: prompt templates, prompt lifecycle rules, performance bands on Prompts, a fan-out estimate for a new prompt with pattern suggestions, and prompt diffs.
  • New: on Sources: source tags and type override, filters for brand mention, topic and article type, group by domain, and a one-line tab row.
  • New: view a highlight on the page, and mark a claim as wrongly flagged.
  • New: on Shopping: a brands and products toggle, trend and topics, prompts each product won and lost, and product rating and sentiment.
  • New: submit to search engines (IndexNow), AI bot access compared with competitors, content updates, page tags and category, and compare with the winning page.
  • New: WordPress works with SEO plugins and has a plugin token; an install guide for Framer, Wix and Squarespace.
  • New: free tools: a query fan-out generator, llms.txt and robots.txt generators, and a free guides library.
  • New: for agencies: an audit form for your website, usage by client, a timezone for each project, and partner certification.
  • Improvement: sort any table by its column headings, see a chart as a table, and see locked engines in the engine filter.
  • Improvement: a Help menu; and in Settings, brand colours, where each engine is available, and checks per engine.
  • Improvement: dates, numbers and first market follow your browser; emails and PDFs follow the workspace country.
  • Improvement: more help articles (logs, crawlers and integrations, Prompts, Agencies and Competitors, Overview).
