Find your link
Open Settings, then Billing, then Refer and earn. Use Copy link and share it.
- Workspaces on a free trial or a paid plan can refer. Once a trial ends without a plan, the link does not count until you subscribe.
- A workspace Admin makes the link, the first time they open the card. Everyone else in the workspace sees it from then on.
What the new customer gets
- 30% off their first 6 months on any plan, applied automatically at checkout. If they pay yearly, it comes off the yearly bill.
- They need to open your link, then sign up and subscribe in the same browser.
- The link counts for a new workspace's first subscription only, and never for your own workspace.
- The discount takes the place of the promotion code box at checkout, so the two cannot be combined.
What you get
- Credit worth 20% of each payment they make, before tax, in the 6 months from their first payment. A monthly customer gives you 6 credits.
- If they pay yearly, you get 20% of that yearly payment.
- The credit comes off your own bills. It is not paid out as cash.
- No cap: refer as many customers as you like, and the credits stack.
- Credit worth more than one bill is kept and used on your later bills.
- On a trial, or with no subscription at the moment, your credit waits as owed and goes on your bills when you subscribe.
- Credit from a customer who pays in another currency is converted to yours at our own plan prices. If a credit cannot be converted, it is left out of your figures and our support team sorts it out with you.
Your figures
The card shows four figures.
- referred: workspaces that went to checkout with your link.
- rewarded: of those, the ones that have paid their first bill.
- credited: credit added to your account so far, used on your bills.
- owed: credit not yet on your bills, usually because you have no subscription yet. Shown only when there is some.
