Plans, checks and limits

What each plan includes, what a check is, how engines use checks, and what happens at the limit.

Every project in the workspace shares the checks. Client logins are free and unlimited, and reports can carry your own logo.

A pitch project is for a prospect. It checks daily for 7 days, with up to 25, 50 or 75 prompts by plan, then stops and keeps its data. It does not count as a client project. To start one, tick Is this a pitch project? on New project. On the Projects page, Convert to client project keeps everything, and Decline means the deal is off: the pitch stops and its place is free again. Its checks come from the same monthly allowance.

Each pitch includes 5 manual refreshes. The Refresh button on its card shows how many are left, and the daily runs do not use them. A pitch lasts 7 days, with a one-time 7-day extension (Extend by 7 days). You get an email when a pitch is about to expire, and again once it has expired. Once a pitch has ended or been declined it is frozen: you can't edit its prompts, topics or locations, or refresh its data. You can Reactivate it once, when a pitch place is free, for a fresh 7 days, or convert it to a client project.

Annual billing is 2 months free: twelve months for the price of ten. Prices are for businesses, and VAT or other tax is added at checkout where it applies.

What a check is

A check is one prompt asked once on one engine. If you track 40 prompts on 3 engines and ask each 3 times, one run uses 40 x 3 x 3 = 360 checks.

Most engines use 1 check per answer. Claude uses 8 checks per answer. The app shows this on the run confirmation and the usage meter.

Your allowance

  • The allowance is per workspace: all your projects share it.
  • It resets on the 1st of each month. Unused checks do not carry over.
  • The Prompts page and Settings show how many checks you have used and how many your current prompts would need in a month.
  • You get an email at 80% used and again at 100%.

What happens at the limit

When a run would use more checks than you have left, the app asks the prompts it can afford and leaves the rest out, starting from the end of your list. The run says which. If nothing fits, checks pause until the 1st, or until you change plan. Figures and history stay available.

Before a run, the confirmation shows how many checks it will use. You can ask fewer prompts, pause some, choose a slower frequency, or reduce repeats to stay within the allowance.

Ask AI and Fix with AI do not use checks. They share their own monthly allowance, which is smaller during the free trial. When it is used up they show Limit reached and pause until your usage resets on the 1st of next month.

Daily checks

Any plan can set prompts to daily, limited only by your allowance. A daily prompt is asked once a day, not repeated. New branded prompts default to daily only on Standard and Enterprise.

The Enterprise ChatGPT API option

The Enterprise plan can add the ChatGPT API (GPT-6 Luna), a pinned and reproducible model. It is priced separately at $99 for up to 75 prompts, asked once each, and does not use your checks.

Changing plan

A workspace Admin changes plan in Settings, under Billing. Billing and the free trial
