My catalogue and prices

Upload your product list to Shopping to see which of your products AI shows, and whether the price it quotes matches yours.

Upload your product list once and Shopping matches it to the product cards AI engines show. You then see which products appear, where they rank, and whether the price an engine quotes matches yours.

Add products

On Shopping, the Add products card asks for a CSV file. Choose Download example for the format, then Upload file.

ColumnWhat to enter
NameThe product's name
SKUYour product code (optional)
PriceYour price, as a number (optional, but needed for the price check)
URLThe product's page on your site (optional)
CurrencyA code such as USD or EUR, if not pounds

A header row is optional. Up to 2,000 products are kept. A new upload replaces the list, and Remove deletes it.

How a product is matched

A product card counts as one of yours when, in this order:

  1. its page address is your product's URL,
  2. its product code or title holds your SKU, or
  3. its title holds your product's full name.

Hover a product's name to see how it was matched and which engines showed it.

The table

The card heading becomes My catalogue, with how many of your products were seen and how many have a different price.

ColumnWhat it means
OccurrencesProduct cards that showed this product.
PositionIts average rank when it appears. Lower is better.
RatingThe average star rating the cards gave it.
Catalogue priceThe price from your file.
Mentioned priceThe price the engines quoted, with a label beside it.
LabelWhat it means
MatchesEvery quoted price is within 1% of yours.
HigherQuoted higher than yours.
LowerQuoted lower than yours.
DiffersSome higher and some lower.
No priceAn engine quoted a price, but your file has no price for this product.

Only prices in your file's currency are compared. The Mentioned price column shows None when no card quoted a price in your currency.

What to do next

A wrong price usually comes from a retailer listing or an old product feed. Check where the engines are reading it, then update that listing. A product with no occurrences is not being shown at all: add prompts about its category.
