You can hear about your results in four places: the bell in the app, email, Slack or Teams, and the What's new list.
| Where | What you get | Who sets it |
|---|---|---|
| Notifications bell | Visibility moves and alerts from your runs | Nothing to set up |
| Summary report, Alerts and Usage alerts | Each person, per project | |
| Slack or Teams | A message in a channel when something happens | Admins and Members |
| What's new | New features, one line each | Nothing to set up |
The bell
The bell is at the top right of every page, with a count of what is unread. Open it to see one row per item: the project, a bold line, and how long ago. A row opens the page it is about. Press Mark all as read to clear the count.
It lists the same things the emails report: visibility that moved since the last run, an engine that needs a look, and answers that may be wrong. Client logins do not see the bell.
Emails
Open Settings, then Notifications. The Email notifications card lists every project you are on, with one switch each for:
| What it says | |
|---|---|
| Summary report | Your AI visibility results, Daily, Weekly or Monthly |
| Alerts | An AI engine gets your brand wrong, or a run fails |
| Usage alerts | You are approaching or have reached your monthly checks |
Each switch saves at once. Every email has a link to unsubscribe from that kind of email or from all of them. Plans and checks are explained in Plans, checks and limits.
Change who gets the emails for a project
On the same page, use the Notifications card for that project. Choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly for the summary, type an address and press Add person (up to 10 people), set the switches for each row and press Save notifications. Press Send a test report to see the summary arrive.
Alert when visibility changes
Under Alerts there is a number of points, 5 unless you change it. When visibility moves up or down by that many points or more, the alert email says so, for example "Visibility moved down 12 points, now 33%." Enter a number from 1 to 50 and press Save.
Top actions in the summary
The summary lists up to three open actions after the figures, each with its Impact (High, Medium or Low) and an Open Actions link to the Actions list.
When your first run finishes
The person who created a project gets one email when its first full run is done. It shows the visibility figure, a short verdict, a ranking of the top three brands with yours, and a button to open your report. It is sent once for each project.
Slack and Teams
Open Settings, then Connected Apps, then Slack and Teams. It covers the whole workspace.
- Add the address. In Slack, add the Incoming Webhooks app, choose a channel and copy the Webhook URL. In Teams, open Workflows in a channel, choose Post to a channel when a webhook request is received, and copy the URL.
- Paste it under Slack or Teams address.
- Tick what to send under Send a message when: A run finished, Visibility moved, A wrong claim was flagged or A fix was marked done.
- Press Add, then Send test message.
Only the site name of the address is shown afterwards. Recent messages lists what was sent, and the switch beside each address turns it off without removing it. Choose Remove to delete it.
What's new
What's new is at the foot of the navigation. A count shows how many entries you have not seen. Each entry is a bold title, one line, and an Open link to the feature.
What to do next
Add a colleague to the project's list so the summary reaches them, and set an alert level that matches how much your visibility normally moves. For results outside the app see Share a report and Reports.
