A short checklist for the first four weeks, from setup to your first fix.
Week 1: set up
Week 2: read the first results
- Check the Overview for Visibility, Position and Share of voice, and the Competitors page for who is named instead of you. What each figure means
- Open a few full answers on the Prompts page and read what is actually said.
Week 3: act on one thing
- Open Actions and take the top fix. Mark it done when you have acted. About the fix list
- If an answer states a wrong fact about you, note it and correct the source.
