Win rate
Win rate is the share of a prompt's answers that name you before every other tracked brand. The change since the previous check sits beside it. An answer that does not name you counts as not won, so win rate is never higher than visibility. Failed answers are not counted.
Tick it under Columns on the Prompts page to add it to the Matrix and the List.
Won by a rival
Won by a rival is a choice in the Filters menu. Pick a rival and the list keeps only the prompts that rival wins, biggest lead first.
A rival wins a prompt when it is named ahead of you in more answers than you are named ahead of it, across the engines shown. Level is not a win. The lead is the answers it won minus the answers you won, as a share of the answers counted. Ties are broken by most answers lost, then A to Z.
