Settings holds everything that shapes what is tracked. The tabs run along the top, and the address keeps the tab you are on, for example #tracking. Some tabs show only when you have the right role.
Project tabs
| Tab | What it does |
|---|---|
| Brand | Your Brand name, Website domain, Other names (short names customers use) and Markets. Answers are matched against these names, so keep them complete. |
| Competitors | The brands you compare against. Share of voice only counts the brands you track. |
| Brand facts | Optional. True facts and misconceptions that the Accuracy page checks answers against. See Accuracy and brand facts. |
| Themes | Optional. Add up to 4 of your own topics to group prompts, on top of the built-in ones. A change applies from the next run. |
| Personas | Optional. Describe the person asking, not stage directions, and leave your brand out. Personas label prompts and shape prompt suggestions. |
| Tracking | The Engines to ask, how many times to repeat each prompt, and How often new prompts run: daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. See How prompts and checks work. |
| Target | Optional. A Target visibility shown under Visibility and in the summary email. A Value of one sale or lead and a Conversion rate let the Actions page estimate the value at stake. |
| Notifications | Who gets the Summary report (Daily, Weekly or Monthly), Alerts and Usage alerts, with one switch per person. |
| Scheduled reports, Google Analytics, Search Console | Send reports to your clients on a schedule, and connect the data behind AI referrals and Search insights. |
| Advanced | Model changes and How we measure, a read-only description of how the figures are worked out. |
Company tabs
When your account has a workspace you may also see Team, Client access, White-label, Billing, MCP server, API keys, Webhooks, Slack and Teams, and Early access. See Client logins, Billing and the free trial, API access and Connect an AI assistant (MCP).
Danger area
On the Brand tab, Danger area deletes the project. It asks "Are you sure you want to do this?" first.
What to do next
Check Other names and Competitors first. Missing names are the most common reason a figure looks too low.
