A client login lets someone sign in and see one project in the app, without access to the rest of your workspace. There is no charge per client and no limit on how many you add.
Who can invite
Workspace Admins invite, change and remove clients. Members can see the list. The invite card is in the project's Settings.
Choose a role
| Role | What the client can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | View data and reports, but not make changes. This is the default. |
| Editor | View data and reports, and edit prompts and competitors. |
You choose per client, and can change it later.
Both roles see the Overview, Prompts results and answers, Sources, Competitors, Accuracy, the Report, run history and the CSV export. Neither role sees Settings, billing, the team, other projects, share links or what checks cost. An editor cannot press Run now or use the suggestion tools, because those spend your check allowance.
Invite a client
- Open the project's Settings, then Members, and find Client access.
- Enter the client's email address, pick a role and choose Send Invite.
- They receive an email with a Sign in button. If email is not set up for your workspace, choose Copy link and send it yourself.
A row stays Pending until the client signs in, then shows Active. Choose Resend Invite to send it again, or Revoke to cancel it. Remove ends an active client's access.
What the client does
- Open the link. If they are signed out, they see the sign-in page.
- Sign in with the invited email address. If they are new, choose Sign up and use the same address. The address must be verified.
- They land on the project. Their role, Viewer or Editor, shows under the project name.
Good to know
- Access is tied to the verified email address. The link itself carries no access, so it is safe to paste anywhere.
- The first person to sign in with that address claims the invitation. A second account later using the same address gets nothing.
- Revoking works at once.
- If your workspace is suspended, your clients lose access too.
