The Overview opens with five figures, the Visibility over time chart and the brand ranking. Five more cards stay hidden until you switch them on. Each shows one thing at a glance.
Switch a card on
On the Overview, choose Edit above the figures and tick the cards you want: Strongest and weakest engine, Visibility trends, New and lost, Decision journey and AI referrals. The choice is kept for that project in your browser. A card with nothing to show, such as New and lost when nothing changed, does not appear.
What each card shows
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Strongest and weakest engine | Two tiles. The AI engine that names you most often in the period, and the one that names you least, each with its visibility and change. |
| Visibility trends | Biggest spikes and Biggest drops: the topics or prompts whose visibility moved most against the previous period, each with a small trend line. Choose Topics or Prompts to switch. Only moves outside the normal range are listed. |
| New and lost | New: prompts where AI now names you and named you in none of the previous period's answers. Lost: the reverse. Each row shows the visibility before and now. |
| Decision journey | The share of answers that name you at each buying stage: Learn (awareness), Consider (consideration) and Purchase (decision). Set each prompt's stage on the Prompts page. |
Each card ends with Open in prompts, which takes you to the prompts behind the figures.
Your rank
The Visibility and Sentiment figures carry a small rank beside them, such as "#2 of 6": your place among the brands you track. Cited as a source, Share of voice and Position already show their rank in the line under the figure. Hover the rank to see how many brands it counts.
Top rankings
Top rankings is on the Competitors page, on the Visibility tab. It lists the leading brands in order, best first, for each row. Your brand is marked You.
- Choose the figure in the first list: Visibility, Share of voice, Position or Sentiment.
- Choose the rows in the second list: By topics, By markets or By engines.
- Columns are places, #1, #2 and so on. A brand that is not named in a row has no place there.
View as competitor beside the lists opens the Overview figures for any brand you track. See View as competitor.
What to do next
A topic where a competitor holds #1 and you are lower is where to start. Open Prompts for that topic and read the answers. A prompt in Lost is the quickest to win back: it named you recently.
