The partner programme is for agencies that run AI visibility work for clients. Partners are listed in a public directory, get a Partner badge in their workspace and a referral link for their clients.
What partners get
- Listed in the partner directory.
- A Partner badge in your workspace.
- A referral link for your clients, with their paying workspaces tracked.
The partners page also shows the programme's terms, such as any referral commission, once they are set.
Apply
- Open the partners page at
app.klientbrain.ai/partners. You do not need to be signed in. - Fill in Agency name, Website, Contact email, Number of clients and Regions. Anything else we should know? is optional.
- Press Apply to become a partner. The page says "Thanks for applying." and "We'll be in touch."
Our team reads each application and replies to the contact email. If that email address has already applied, the page says "You've already applied." The form can be closed for a while ("Applications are paused"), and before the programme opens the page says "The partner programme isn't open yet".
After you are approved
Our team links your application to your KlientBrain workspace. Then:
- A Partner badge appears next to the project picker. It opens your partner page.
- The partner page shows your Referral link, how many workspaces you have Referred, and how many are Paying. A referred workspace counts as paying once its first invoice is paid and its subscription is active. A trial, or a subscription with a failed payment, is not counted.
- Partner directory is your public entry: Regions and an optional Description. A workspace Admin can change both and press Save. The partner page says whether your entry is listed or hidden on the public page. The name and website are set by our team.
Partner certification
Our team can mark an approved partner Certified. Certified partners:
- get a Certified badge, on the partners page and on their own partner page;
- are listed first in the partner directory.
The page How certification works (linked from the directory) lists what our team looks at:
- An approved partner with a linked workspace.
- Clients tracked in the platform, with reports shared with them.
- A complete directory entry: regions and a description.
- Reviewed by our team.
Our team decides; there is no form to ask for it, and no number of prompts or clients that earns it automatically. Certification can be removed.
Good to know
- Only approved partners with a linked workspace see the Partner badge.
- If your workspace is not linked to a partner, the partner page says "Not a partner yet".
