Attributes shows the qualities AI links to your brand, such as pricing, quality or customer service, and how much of what it says about you is about each. It reads claims your runs have already stored, so opening it costs nothing.
Find it
Open Competitors, then the Perception tab. Attributes is the first card, above Objections. It follows the filter bar above it.
Read a row
Up to 8 topics are listed, the one AI says most about first. From left to right:
- The topic. The built-in topics come first, plus any of your own Themes from Settings.
- Its share: the claims about you on this topic, out of all the claims AI makes about you on the listed topics.
- A bar for that share, coloured by sentiment.
- Positive, Neutral or Negative: the sentiment most of the topic's claims carry. A tie reads Neutral.
- Your rank, for example #2 of 4: your place among the tracked brands that have a claim on this topic, each measured by its own share.
Hover a row for the number of claims and answers, the positive, neutral and negative counts, a sentiment score out of 100, and the average share for competitors. A row with fewer than 3 answers behind it ends Few answers.
Known for and the foot of the card
- Known for above the list names up to three topics where most of what AI says about you is positive.
- Under the list, the legend gives the positive, neutral and negative share of all the claims, then the number of attributes.
- Based on N answers says how many answers the figures come from.
When AI has made no claim about you yet, the card reads Not enough data yet. This fills in once AI has made a few claims about you.
What to do next
- A topic with a large share and Negative sentiment is what buyers hear most about you, so start there. See Objections for the words AI used.
- A topic where you rank below competitors is a quality they are credited with and you are not. Publish clear facts about it on your own pages.
- Read the answers at the foot of the card opens your prompts, to read the full replies.
